Plays of work
Play well, work better.
Why play at work?
If we want to work better together, we should not forget to play. Of course, it's not just about playing games. It's about dealing with serious problems in a playful way.
As a workplace facilitator, conflict mediator and systemic coach, I am convinced that people are at their best when they play. That is why I developed "plays of work" - a variety of playful methods, formats and approaches to learn new skills, resolve complex problems and connect with each other. Especially when things get serious.
Scientific research across organizational psychology, management science and behavioral studies indicates measurable benefits of play at work. Playful approaches to professional challenges increase emotional wellbeing, job satisfaction and engagement of individuals. Play promotes workflow, creativity and innovation in teams. And even for organisations as a whole, healthy levels of playfulness have an impact on their work culture, leadership and purpose.
Ready to play? Let's get to work.
