My name is Paul Emtsev, and I am a workplace facilitator, conflict mediator and systemic coach.
I believe that we work better together. Throughout my professional life, I constantly realize how much of our success depends on our ability to deal with each other. That is why I support individuals, teams and organisations in improving cooperation and conflict at work.
My academic background is in social sciences, international cooperation and conflict studies. I started my professional career in crisis communications and public relations before specialising in cooperation processes and workplace conflicts, both for the public and private sector. Today, I support clients and projects around the world through facilitation, mediation and coaching.
