My name is Paul Emtsev, and I am a certified mediator, systemic coach and leadership trainer.

Throughout my professional life, I constantly realize how much of our progress depends on our ability to work together. That is why I support individuals, teams and organisations in cooperation processes and conflict situations.

During my studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Université de Montréal, University College London and Higher School of Economics Moscow, I specialised in social sciences, international cooperation and conflict research. I started my professional career as a consultant for crisis communications and public relations in Berlin before turning specifically towards cooperation processes and complex transformations in the public and private sector. 

Since founding my company in 2021, I have been supporting clients around the globe in working better together. In cooperation with a range of partners and networks, I have had the opportunity to work with global corporations, international organisations, foreign ministries and government agencies, leading research institutions and start-ups.
