Early in my professional life, I realized how much depends on the way we work together and deal with each other. That is why I support individuals, teams and organisations in improving professional cooperation, handling business conflicts and solving complex problems.
My career started in crisis and internal communications before moving to participation processes and conflicts in various fields, both for the public and private sector. Today, I work as an independent facilitator, mediator, trainer and coach for better cooperation & conflict at work.
Due to my own multicultural background and my international work experience in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, I am fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Russian. And I believe that we can make work a better place anywhere.
