My name is Paul Emtsev, and I am a workplace facilitator, conflict mediator and systemic coach.
Throughout my professional life, I constantly realize how much of our success depends on our ability to work together. That is why I support individuals, teams and organisations in improving cooperation and conflict at work.
During my studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Université de Montréal, University College London and Higher School of Economics Moscow, I specialised in social sciences, international cooperation and conflict research. I started my professional career as a consultant for crisis communications and public relations in Berlin and Frankfurt area before turning specifically towards cooperation processes and workplace conflicts in the public and private sector. Since founding my own company in 2021, I have been supporting clients around the globe in navigating the challenges of an increasingly complex working world.
