Better cooperation & conflict at work.

Early in my professional life, I realized how much depends on the way we work together and deal with each other. That is why I support individuals, teams and organisations in improving professional cooperation, handling business conflicts and solving complex problems. My mission is simple: Make work a better place.

My career started in crisis and internal communications for different consulting agencies in Berlin. After my experiences in strategic communication, I worked as a consultant for engagement and participation, accompanying large dialogue processes and conflicts in the fields of renewable energy, environmental protection, urban development and mobility. Subsequently, I have also been working as a conflict moderator and facilitator for townhall meetings, stakeholder dialogues, roundtables, strategic meetings, team workshops and organisational development processes. Since 2021, I provide independent services as a facilitator, mediator, trainer and coach for better cooperation & conflict at work.

Due to my own multicultural background and my international work experience in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, I am fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Russian.
