Intercultural cooperation
Work without borders.

Let's work globally.

In today’s globalized world, people collaborate across borders and cultures. Intercultural cooperation offers many opportunities, but also creates challenges for everyone involved.

That is why I offer specialized facilitation, mediation, consulting and training services for individuals, teams and organizations working in intercultural cooperation processes. I benefit from my various professional experience in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia to improve cooperation and resolve conflicts in transnational and intercultural settings. In order to overcome language barriers, I offer all my services in English, French, German, Italian or Russian.

For in-depth knowledge of the working culture in specific world regions, I rely on a broad network of intercultural cooperation partners. Upon request, my partners provide additional advisory for transnational cooperation processes or intercultural conflict at work - for individuals, teams and organizations.
